Gentle Giants was born out of my belief that true strength is found in the balance of power and vulnerability. It stands as a call to reimagine masculinity—challenging men to explore qualities like empathy, self-awareness, and emotional depth. I believe that when men lean into connection, mindfulness, and self-reflection, they break free from rigid molds and instead build lives rich in compassion and understanding.

Gentle Giants exists as a symbol, a reminder that strength lies in creating relationships that nourish us, relationships grounded not in control, but in genuine care.

For over a decade, I’ve worked as an Executive Coach, guiding men in their personal growth and professional lives, helping them unlock their own version of healthy masculinity. As a Healthy Masculinity Guide, Transformational Consultant, and Corporate Ritual Facilitator, my work centers on catalyzing meaningful change for individuals and teams alike.

My own story began humbly, in a blue-collar Belgian family where hard work was king, and emotions were quietly buried. Growing up, I learned to earn love by pleasing others. I was told ‘big boys don’t cry’ and that emotions were best left unspoken. So I grew up devoted to others but disconnected from myself, missing the very piece that would make me whole: self-love.

Then, in 2017, everything changed. I confronted the truth that years of chasing validation had left me distant from my own needs, with relationships fraying at the edges, especially with those closest to me. My childhood wounds had hollowed me out, and I realized the toll wounded masculinity was taking on me—and everyone around me. But change, I learned, was within my grasp.

With the support of those I love, I embarked on a journey back to myself, discovering that only I held the key to my well-being. Today, I help male leaders find this path too, supporting them as they cultivate healthier, more authentic masculinity. Whether in private practice, with executive teams, or in boardrooms, my work is about fostering environments where people thrive and connection is foundational.
